Música do dia - Tides of Time - Epica

Já devo ter comentado sobre o cd novo do Epica, o Design your Universe...
É meio doferente dos trabalhos anteriores, mas isso não significa que seja ruim, muito pelo contrário.

A música que escolhi hoje é simplesmente perfeira...umas das melhores que a banda já fez na minha opinião. A Simone Simons canta muito. Da primeira vez que ouvi essa, não a reconheci.

Música do Dia - The bard´s song - Blind Guardian

Tentando voltar com a rotina normal do blog...então vamos ao nosso momento musical do dia (como se eu falasse de mais algo por aqui...)

A banda escolhida hoje é Blind Guardian...uma das últimas a entrar no meu seleto top 10 =D
Uma de suas maiores influências é o legado deixado por Tolkien, autor da triologia Senhor dos anéis, alem de muitos outros livros que se passam na terra Média e narram sua história como um fato ocorrido.

Ultimamente ando muito viciada nessa música, tanto a versão original quanto o cover do Van Canto (procurem, é ótima tambem), então resolvi postá-la

Nota: "Bard" significa "Bardo" em português. Os bardos eram aquelas pessoas que contavam as histórias sob a forma de poemas cantados.

Música do Dia - Battery - Metallica

Até uns dez minutos atrás, a música do ida ia ser reaching horizons" do Angra, porque não saiu da minha cabeça o dia todo e tem algum significado para mim...mas aí começou a tocar essa música aqui, na versão do album S&M (Metallica com a Orquestra Sinfônica de São Francisco) e lembrei que há tempos não via o DVD, fui atrás de partes dele no youtube e tal.
Por fim, resolvi colocar essa música aqui. Definitivamente, adorei o arranjo instrumental do começo da música, assim como ela toda, tirando talvez a letra...não gosto muito das letras da banda, mas gosto do som.

Só para constar, essa música é a última do dvd, então é aquela parte suuuper clichê que a banda se despede, o povo fica se desguelando para eles voltarem, tem um tempinho de suspense, aí começa a parte orquestrada e dali a pouco eles entram cantando, levando a platéia ao delirio. Ok, é clichê, mas é emocionante.

Foi difícil escolher a música de hoje, até porque nenhuma ficou me perseguindo hoje....
Essa música do Kamelot é bem bonitinha, melosinha, mas eu gosto.

Música do Dia - Amaranth - Nightwish

E lá vamos nós, com outra música do Nightwish....

Bom, adoro Amaranth...não é a mais pesada, nem a mais lírica, nem a mais famosa, nem a mais desconhecida, mas eu gosto.

Por curiosidade, fui atrás da tradução da música, e me deparei com o título "Amaranto". Pesquisei sobre o que ser isso e descobri que se trata de uma florzinha bonitinha. Só isso de importante, e outras milhares de receita falando como a semente de Amaranto pode ser boa no combate ao colesterol. Mas como não desisto, procurei em páginas estrangeiras, encontrando que existe algumas fábulas que envolvem o amaranto, conhecido como o "que nunca seca" (The never fadding) por suas flores durarem mais tempo do que as demais. A flor tambem pode vir a significar imortalidade. Aí se entende a capa do single, várias planta apagada, cobertas por gelo ou qualquer coisa parecida, e o amaranto, na parte central, chamando atenção.



Por mais que eu nunca tenha ouvido falar na dita planta, encontrei um fábula de Esopo chamada "A Rosa e o Amaranto":

Um amaranto disse à rosa, sua vizinha;
- Como és bela! Deus e os homens te desejam!
Tu é que és feliz por tua beleza e teu perfume!
- Amaranto, breve é minha vida

Voltando a falar da música.
Uma coisa que nõ entendo muito bem são as ligações entre clipe e música...mas sou meio lerda mesmo.

Eles não são minha banda favorita, mas estão bem perto. Queria tanto ter ido em algum show deles por aqui...
Sem falar que Iron Maiden é o começo de tudo praticamente no metal, e é uma das principais influências das minhas bandas favoritas.

E eu tenho medo do mascotinho deles, o Eddie.

Música do Dia - Surrounded - Dream Theater

Esqueci de colocar a música do dia de ontem...Mas tudo bem.
E como assim não havia postado essa música antes? Eu simplesmente a adoro. A banda é Dream Theater, americana se não me engano. Os show são conhecidos por durarem várias horas (tambem, a música mais curta deles que eu conheço deve ter uns 5 minutos...mas a maioria tem uns 6,7...chega até 24, e não é só uma não).
Apesar disso, surrounded é uma das mais curtas, mas não sei porque, tem um grande significado para mim, serve de inspiração. O solo (em 3:40 do video abaixo) é simplesmente perfeito *-*

E acho muito engraçado ver o vocalista cantando...não imagino um cara daquele com a voz, sei lá, minha imaginação tem picos positivos e negativos, e essa foi um dos negativos.

Música do Dia - the course of nature - Angra

E lá vamos nós para o momento musical diário desse blog \o/
Hoje eu tirei o dia para ouvir novas bandas, que já conhecia de nome, mas não conhecia mais uqe duas músicas. Foram três: Hammerfall, Stratovarius e Blind Guardian. Todas são de power metal e eu super recomendo.

Maaas, como vocês já viram, a música de hoje é "the course of nature", da minha banda brasileira preferida, o Angra. A música é o single do album mais recente...na minha opinião, não é o melhor, mas tambem não é o pior...aliás, não sei falar qual dos cds da banda é o pior.

Enfim, não é minha música favorita dos caras, mas ficou na minha cabeça por um bom tempo...
Mas isso não quer dizer que ela não seja legal :B
E a letra tambem é bem interessante.

Música do Dia - All I need - Within Temptation

Lari aqui de novo.
Semana corrida e cansativa, mas estou sempre por aqui (pra variar).

A música do dia é de uma banda que já postei por aqui, Within Temptation.
Adoro as roupas que a vocalista usa, tanto nos clipes, quanto nas apresentações ao vivo. A voz dela é bonita, mas ainda acho que a Tarja (ex Nightwish) e a Simone Simons(Epica) cantam melhor... mas ainda gosto da banda.

EEEE não sei porque, desativaram a incorporação do vídeo do youtube foi desativada. Para quem não sabe, incorporação é um código que faz o vídeo aparecer aqui no blog, ou em um site, assim como nas postagens anteriores. Procurei em outros usuários e tambem estava indisponivel. Música do Dia - Dark Chest of Wonders- Nightwish

Olha Lari por aqui de novo!
A semana mal começou e já estou um caco, cansada, desanimada e tensa. Amanhã tem prévia da apresentação do projeto e eu espero, do fundo do meu coração, que tudo dê certo.

Só pra não deixar o blog mofar, vou tentar postar contantemente as músicas diárias :D
Tenho tantas sugestões, mas acabo sempre caindo nas mesmas, minhas favoritas...especialmente do Nightwish.

Simplesmente amo Dark Chest of Wonders, assim como a maioria das letras do Tuomas. Não sei explicar o porque. Me identifico com elas? Talvez sim. O que importa é que essa música é muito linda. (observação que o "linda" pode ser interpretado como "letra bonita". Não me refiro SÓ a letra, mas sim por todo o conjunto: letra+arranjo+vocal+performace(nesse caso, o video é do dvd End of an Era)). É uma música agradável, até mesmo para quem não curte um som tão pesado.

Música do Dia - Wishmaster - Van Canto (Nightwish cover)

Ideias eu tenho várias, especialmente de assuntos para postar por aqui.
A vontade e a inspiração sempre me vem quando estou ocupada, ou tenho algo mais importante para fazer. Incrivel como nas sextas feiras, que são os dias mais corridos tanto na escola quanto em casa, são quando eu mais tenho vontade de desenhar, escrever, etc.

Estava quase desligando o computador, quando pensei "ah, vou aparecer no blog só pra colocar a música do dia :D"

Entãããooo, essa banca (Van Canto) eu descobri muito ao acaso. Ouvi uma música e achei muito interessante, pois a banda é composta basicamente de 5 integrantes e uma bateria. Só. Todos os outros instrumentos são "simulados" através da própria voz dos integrantes. Já conhecia o estilo, mas não cantando heavy metal *-*

Não achei muita coisa sobre a banda, história, etc, mas tambem não procurei direito. O artigo da wikipédia e do LastFm estavam iguais, mas eu vou procurar em outros lugares depois e vejo se dá pra postar aqui.

Esse é um cover da música Wishmaster, do Nightwish, mas tambem já covers do Metallica, Deep Purple, Iron Maiden, alem das músicas próprias da banda (que tambem são muito boas).

Descobri essa banda dia desses, nem lembro ao certo como.
Mas gostei muito. Imagine três violoncelos e uma bateria, então, são os caras.
Mais uma banda finlandesa...eu quero viajar pra lá @_@
Apocalyptica toca desde músicas eruditas até covers do Metallica....

Farewell foi a primeira música deles que ouvi, por isso escolhi para o post, mas o cover de "nothing else matters" é perfeita tambem.

Música do Dia - Ghost love score - Nightwish

Minha lista de bandas favoritas muda frequentemente, de acorod com meu humor, minha fase, etc.
Atualmente, tenho ouvido muito Nightwish (acho que até já falei sobre isso...enfim, adoro eles *-*)
Uma coisa que gosto bastante em algumas músicas de rock (especialmente no rock progressivo e no power metal) são músicas enormes, com mais de 8 minutos de duração, que se subdividem em outras músicas, mas que jutnas constrem apenas uma faixa do cd... Ghost love score é uma dessas, com seus 10 minutos de duração.

Não sei muita coisa sobre a banda Kamelot, só sei o que o Epica tirou seu nome de um cd dos caras (que por um acaso se chama Epica tambem xD)
Mas o som é legalzinho, e adoro esse clipe, que conta com a participação da Simone Simons (vocalista da banda Epica)

Música do Dia - Immigrant Song - Led Zeppelin

Led Zeppelin não está no meu top 10 de bandas favoritas, mas talvez esteja no top 50.
Mesmo assim, não podemos negar toda a sua influência no rock e, consequentemente, no metal.
Stairway to heaven me arrepia até hoje, mas Immigrant song não saiu da minha cabeça desde onte a noite, que assisti "Escola de Rock" no SBT.

A música não tem um significado pra mim, não me marcou em nada, mas isso não quer dizer que não seja legal =D

E quase tive um treco, assistindo Shrek 3 pela primeira vez, quando a Branca de Neve começa a cantar essa música*-*

Música do Dia - Make Believe - Angra

Angra é minha banda brasileira preferida, e já falei isso.
Existem diversas discussões sobre qual o melhor vocalista, o Andre Matos ou o Edu Flaschi, mas eu particularmente prefiro não opinar sobre isso...
Amo a voz do André Matos, o alcance vocal dele é ótimo, e o Edu Falaschi canta bem pacas tambem.

Make believe é uma música do album Holy Land, da época do Andre Matos no vocal e tal.
Nem gostei tanto do album, mas make believe é tão linda, que compraria o cd só por causa dessa música.

O clip é tosco, mas relevem que é meio antiguinho...enfim, existem clipes atuais que são até mais porcos que esse. E o carinha parece o Gollum xp

Saindo um pouco do metal que adoro postar aqui, a música hoje é de um dos melhores guitarristas do mundo, Joe Satriani.
Se tem uma coisa que gosto são de bons solos de guitarra, e ouço muito hard rock e rock progressivo...eles me fazem me sentir feliz, não sei explicar como
Enfim, a música é toda instrumental e é tão lindaaa *-*

Música do Dia - The Escapist - Nightwish

Provas começaram, muitas coisas surgiram do nada para serem entregues ontem, então meu tempo livre está se esvaindo... -.-
Mas, eu dei uma escapadinha pro computador hoje porque fiquei com essa música na cabeça o dia todo e queria ver a letra inteira, já que eu só lembrava do refrão (que eu adoro, meio que se aplica a mim nesses tempos...)

Eu prometo que vou tentar variar mais as bandas que posto aqui, mas como já disse, essa música não saiu da minha cabeça hoje.

Chama-se "The Escapist" e é da Banda finlandesa Nightwish, só que dessa vez com a vocalista nova, Anette Olzon. Particularmente, ach oque a Tarja canta melhor, mas a Anette é legalzinha tambem.
